Limited to 703 pieces, it celebrates the 703rd anniversary of Vilnius and is dedicated to the legendary Geležinis Vilkas (Iron Wolf in English) — the mythical guardian whose powerful howl foretold the city's founding. The watch translates the medieval legend into a modern mechanical timepiece, combining the Iron Wolf's raw strength with contemporary materials and horological craftsmanship.
The distinctive composite dial with applied metal indexes is crafted from a blend of carbon fiber and luminous powder. During the day, its deep grey textured surface resembles the dense fur of the Iron Wolf. After dark, the entire dial transforms into an intense green glow, evoking the legendary spirit of the wolf emerging from the night and the mystical forests surrounding Vilnius city. This remarkable day-to-night transformation makes the dial not only an eye-catcher but also an essential storytelling element of the watch.
The stainless steel case and integrated bracelet feature a surface pattern inspired by the coarse texture of a wolf's fur and are finished with a grey PVD coating. The luminous wolf head, printed on the inner side of the crystal, remains the signature design element of the Geležinis Vilkas series. As darkness falls, it appears to float above the dial with the shape of the castle at 6 o'clock, symbolizing the legendary dream of Grand Duke Gediminas.
The Geležinis Vilkas (the Iron Wolf in English) is a mythical character from a medieval legend of the founding of Vilnius – the capital city of the old Grand Duchy of Lithuania and modern Republic of Lithuania. According to the legend, Grand Duke Gediminas (ca. 1275 – 1341) was hunting in the sacred forest where the Vilnia River flows into the Neris River. After the hunt, the Grand Duke fell asleep and dreamed of a huge Iron Wolf standing on top of a hill and howling as strongly and loudly as a hundred wolves. In the morning, the Grand Duke asked his pagan priest to interpret the dream. "What is destined for the ruler and the State of Lithuania is thus: the Iron Wolf represents a castle and a city which will be established by you on this site. This city will be the capital of the Lithuanian lands and the dwelling of their rulers, and the glory of their deeds shall echo throughout the world," the priest told him. Gediminas, obeying the will of goods, established the city named Vilnius, from the stream of the Vilnia River.

I really like this watch & really regret now not getting the other 2 similar watches from this family when J4W had them in stock. I have approx. 12 Gaz-14 Limousine watches in my collection as I very much like the dial on this family of watches, but it is the only I have with the power reserve dial.

I was originally saving up to buy a Rolex, but my dad had other ideas. He’s been collecting Vostok Europe watches for years and has built up an incredible collection, especially Energias. Instead of letting me buy the Rolex, he surprised me with two Vostok Europe Energia watches.
I have to say, I’m genuinely blown away. The build quality, attention to detail and uniqueness of these watches are outstanding. They feel incredibly solid on the wrist and stand out far more than a lot of the mainstream luxury brands you see everywhere.
A massive thank you to J4W for their excellent service throughout. They were knowledgeable, easy to deal with and clearly passionate about the watches they sell. It’s refreshing to buy from a retailer that genuinely cares about its customers.
Safe to say I’ve caught the Vostok Europe bug now, and I don’t think these will be my last. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something different, well made and with real character.

Great looking watch which arrived on Monday. Everything was up to the usual high standard of work Kevin & Katie apply to all there waatches. I've been thinking of getting this particular watch for the past month or so. This watch is my 49th VE watch in my collection & my 15th VE Almaz watch. Had to get now before it becomes extinct as that family of VE watches is no longer being made. Whenever I buy a VE watch from Kevin or Katie I never stress about it as they work to an exceptionally high standard & have never lost any of the 46 VE watches I purchased from them over the years.

Thank you so much for my new watch the Expedition South Pole VR42. The strap was so easy to adjust. No need to wind up because it is solar powered. Love the dial and colour. As you can see from the picture it looks great on my wrist.

I really like the Pramzius pocket watch. The matt finish on the case is almost gunmetal colour. Its look is very vintage especially the numerals and hands. It comes with extra strap,chain,desk top kit and even a screwdriver to effect the change to pocket watch. It's not an every day watch but a great addition to my collection. Love the blue lumanova.

I brought theBATISCAFOS for the PX84 automatic quartz movement. It's a great colourway. Rose gold bezel,hour markers and hands with a white silicon strap. The strap makes it a comfortable wear dispite its size on my small wrist.There was a short delay in delivery which I was promptly informed about and as a result I was gifted the Vostok Europe pocket knife. My 1st Traser and I'm very impressed. The build is fantastic from case work, smooth action of the bezel, intergreated strap fit to case and comfort to wear.
