Purchase
Placing an order through Just4Watches website is very easy, simply select your item(s) and then proceed to click 'add to cart'. Then click on your cart and this will direct you to the check-out procedure.
Once you have reached our checkout area and filled in all the criteria asked for, you will be directed to a 'payment' page where we accept all major credit and debit cards. Furthermore, if you wish to pay via Paypal, we also provide this as an option for all of our customers.
From time to time we will offer exclusive discount codes on our website homepage,in newsletters to registered customers or on our Just4Watches Instagram. Give our instagram page a follow, Just4Watches, to keep up-to-date with the latest discounts and offers to our customers.
Once your order has been placed successfully, we will send you an email confirming we have received your order.
Furthermore, we will then contact you via email when your order has been despatched confirming that your order has been dispatched. We then provide you with your shipping reference order number/royal mail tracking number. Please kindly be advised that despatching orders can take 2 - 5 working days after order purchase.
Unfortunately, you can not cancel an order after it has been placed. However, if you decide to return your item(s) within 14 days of despatch date, we offer a full refund providing that the security seal has not been removed and the watch has been unworn. A 'Returns Form' is placed in every order. All of our watches are 100% brand new genuine products supplied to us straight from the manufacturers. Therefore, all of our watches come in the official box from the manufacturer. Most of our products contain a picture of the box on the product page to give you an insight to the packaging you will receive your item in. Please be advised that all of our watches and packaging are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. For more information, please contact us.

Delivery
All UK deliveries are free.
All International Shipping is £14.99
All of our products are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This method of delivery is trackable and fully insured. Once your item has been despatched we will email you your royal mail tracking number so you can keep track of your item(s). Please note that your order will need to be signed for upon delivery.
All of our Vostok Europe Straps are shipped Royal Mail First Class.

Yes. We currently offer a worldwide delivery service.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipment email providing a Royal Mail tracking reference. Please go onto royalmail.com/trackdetails and enter your tracking reference number.
Due to the current circumstances, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Please allow up to 10 working days for your watch to arrive.
Returns
All of our watches sold on our website come with a two year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. If you suspect that your watch is faulty then please return to us at your earliest convenience.
We offer a 14 day return policy on all items from date of despatch. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product you can return the watch and receive a full refund providing that the watch has not been worn and the security seal has not been removed.
We do not accept returns whereby the security seal has been removed.
To return a product(s), the item(s) must be in their original undamaged packaging and please attach a written out copy of the returns form. You must fill out the returns form when returning your item, if you have lost/misplaced this form then please email us at suppliers@just4watches.com and we will provide you with a new copy.
Once we have received your product, we process 99% of our returns on the same day that they are received back with us. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your card provider.

Yes. We are an official supplier for all of our watch brands. We deal with our manufacturers directly and offer you the support you may need in the event of a problem, or obtain replacement parts.
