Delivery Policy
As part of our quality control, each watch is checked to ensure they meet your expectations and the arrive as described. Each watch is thoroughly packaged to protect it during transportation, in an unmarked custom designed shipping box. All items are sent using a fully insured and tracked service offering you complete peace of mind.
Delivery Notifications
Once our team have despatched your item(s) you will receive an email from Just4Watches confirming that your order has been shipped and this will also contain a tracking number whereby you can trace your delivery straight to your doorstep. This can be monitored at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Delivery Timescale
We aim to despatch your item(s) within 2 - 6 days of receiving payment. All of our products are sent either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International Deliveries
We provide a worldwide delivery service using DHL Express. If you are purchasing outside the UK, please be advised that delivery could take up 10 working days from when it has been despatched.
Postage Method
All of our watches are despatched Royal Mail Tracked 24 and signed for and all straps / accessories & parts are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Due to security reasons, all of our watch deliveries must be signed for. If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local sorting office/delivery depot.

UK Orders - Free For All Orders Over £150, if below this amount the shipping is £2.99
Internation Shipping - £29.99
Do you despatch on the weekend?
No, we only operate 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.
How do you ship the orders?
We ship all of our products by Royal Mail. This method of delivery is fully insured. Once your item has been despatched we will email you your tracking number so you can keep track of your item(s).
Do i need to sign for my item(s)
Yes. If there is nobody available at the specified delivery address to sign for the parcel, the item will either be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or returned to your local sorting office where you can collect or rearrange delivery.

How do i track my order?
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipment email providing a Royal Mail tracking reference. Please go onto royalmail.com/trackdetails and enter your tracking reference number. My order hasn't arrived yet?
Due to the current circumstances, Covid-19 and whilst approaching the Christmas period, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Please allow up to 10 working days for your watch to arrive. If your watch has still not arrived after 10 working days after despatch then please email suppliers@just4watches.com.
